2024 FARMTECH FTM-3400ROLLER-T TYRE ROLLER (3.4M) TRAILED

The primary soil tillage machine is mounted and trailed from the tractor's hydraulic lifting unit and universal three-point linkage system. Therefore transportation to the field can be easily done.

Single row set and furrow opening is made on cultivated soil by this machine. Disc connection tines can be adjusted on required dimensions. Furrow opening can be done between 20 cm and 95 cm. Furrow opening height can be adjusted to the required height by means of double discs.

This machine is manufactured with a mean diameter of 100×100 mm chassis and the housings are with conical bearings. Discs are manufactured by boron steel and the dimensions are 660×6 mm and 560×4,5 mm. The hardness value for discs is 50-55 RH and they are durable to wear and breakage.

2024 FARMTECH BETA DTM-28 SPEED DISCS (3.7M)

The CZ-M Chisel Plough is available with  7, 9, 11 or 13 tines and is mounted to tractors by a three-point linkage system. In comparison with other chisels, non-soldered steel rolled iron is used for the tines.

Since it swells the soil without turning over it, decomposition of organic materials is too slow and damp soil is not removed to the top. Since stubble and plant residuals scratch the surface, a good upper layer composes. It is very effective against weeds that are robust and develop roots. It can be used successfully in heavy soils where other materials are insufficient in terms of quality and capacity. While chisel swells the soil in ploughing depth and stubble stays on the land surface, it provides a protective impact against water and wind erosion. If the soil is wet and damp, it should be avoided to use this tool. 

The main functions of these chisel type ploughs are breaking hard bottom soil which is formed by ploughing and processing soil without tipping and airing. In case of sudden pressure, safety pins come into action and prevent the tractor and chassis from damage. Tines are designed to get the maximum output from your tractor by giving them the most appropriate submersion angle.
