2024 FARMTECH BETA DTM-24 SPEED DISCS (3.2M)

The CZ-M Chisel Plough is available with 5, 9, 11 or 13 tines and is mounted to tractors by a three-point linkage system. In comparison with other chisels, non-soldered steel rolled iron is used for the tines.

Since it swells the soil without turning over it, decomposition of organic materials is too slow and damp soil is not removed to the top. Since stubble and plant residuals scratch the surface, a good upper layer composes. It is very effective against weeds that are robust and develop roots. It can be used successfully in heavy soils where other materials are insufficient in terms of quality and capacity. While chisel swells the soil in ploughing depth and stubble stays on the land surface, it provides a protective impact against water and wind erosion. If the soil is wet and damp, it should be avoided to use this tool. 

The main functions of these chisel type ploughs are breaking hard bottom soil which is formed by ploughing and processing soil without tipping and airing. In case of sudden pressure, safety pins come into action and prevent the tractor and chassis from damage. Heavy type Wide Offset Disc Harrows are trailed type on two-wheel. It can be easily transported to the field. Trailed type wide offset disc harrow moved by the hydraulic system for transport and depth adjustment. Heavy type Wide Trailed offset disc harrow with hydraulic lifting system is used for breaking clods and mixing soils to make seedbed. Also, it can be used for chopping weeds and stems, breaking plant stubbles (such as sunflower, maize, cotton, wheat and etc.) mixing with soil after harvesting and it helps to obtain a kind of organic fertilizer. This kind of disc harrow can work very easily in wet soils and according to the soil conditions it can be used instead of plough. Battery angle can be arranged till 20-22 degrees. Tires moved standard level and easily adjusted the working depth by means of the axle mechanism on the tire.
