2024 JEANTIL EVR 16-12-020 MANURE SPREADER (16M3/12 TONNE)

Responding to market demand the NITRO Rancher Series was developed to ensure smaller operations get the same metering in a format tailored to them. NITRO RS spreaders are ideal for farmers trying to keep their yards clean while delivering rich nutrients to the field. Removeable beater assemblies provide increased value and functionality, allowing the NITRO to operate as a rear discharge trailer with a live floor when not spreading.

CV Shaft
All Nitro models come equipped with a CV (Constant Velocity) Shaft allowing for a tighter turning radius, greatly reducing the incidence of driveline chatter in a tight turn, and increasing the longevity of the driveline.

Guillotine Endgate
The guillotine endgate can be opened partially to meter the amount of material being delivered to the beater assembly. This ensures the optimal delivery of lime and various manure consistencies to the field.

Paddle Kit: The optional bolt-on paddle kit cups material to provide better throw.

LED Lights: LED lights and flashers ensure transit safety. Innovative light covers mechanically open and close in sequence with the end gate, ensuring lights are protected while spreading.

Enhanced Rubber Seal Kit: The Enhanced Rubber Seal Kit adds a U-shape compression seal to the front panel and the endgate to help contain semi-solid materials.

Brakes: When equipped with a brake system, all Nitro spreaders come with two callipers per side for a total of four. Hydraulically operated, these callipers provide the necessary clamping force to keep even our monstrous Nitro 950 in line. A single axle is shown. Braking configurations may vary with the model. Gate Indicator: With the gate indicator, you can quickly and easily see how open the endgate is from the seat of your tractor.

Digi-Star® Scale System: The optional Digi-Star® 5pt 60,000 lb. differential weigh beam system is available on all Nitro models. Four of the load cells are located under the box and the fifth cell is placed on the hitch. Accounting for environmental protection, the Digi-Star® scale system lets you know how many tons you've hauled and spread on your fields, perfect for both farmers and custom operators.

With tank capacities from 8,500 to 24,000 litres, the GT range of slurry tankers offers attractive solutions in terms of pumping rate, spreading quality and ride comfort. Designed for perfect performance, this range makes slurry spreading simple and straightforward.

Pumping in all circumstances
The various pumping arms can reach all slurry storage points: the simple and functional arm at the front of the tanker; the «Virgule» arm whose effectiveness has been approved; and the Turbo Max arm which can suit all situations.

Precise and rapid spreading
The numerous spreading booms, from 9 to 30 m wide, and the various injectors from 2.4 to 6.5 m wide deliver high-quality spreading at impressive work rates. Automatic dose regulation, via the SMART Control system, applies the right quantity for the volumes delivered.

High-quality manufacture
To reduce the stresses in the tank, every model in the range is assembled as a painted tubular chassis which is bolted to the tank. This construction complies with the PED (Pressure Equipment Directive).

Efficient and safe filling of the entire tank
A wide range of vane and lobe compressors delivers efficient filling under all circumstances. Safe filling of the entire tank is possible thanks to a high filling stack, a high-volume dirt separator and the combination of a pumping accelerator and a high-capacity filling turbine.

Stability under all conditions
The tanker is easy to tow and comfortable to use at speeds of 25 and 40 km/h thanks to the various running gear options (single axle, bogie, tandem, tridem or hydraulic suspension) and the wide range of tyre options. The recessing of the wheel lowers the centre of the vehicle of gravity considerably.

Developed with features to ensure commercial readiness these spreaders offer slip-slide poly board floors and walls, a guillotine endgate, reversible apron chain, and quick drop beaters. Engineered for commercial use, our commercial line are all scale ready. The guillotine endgate can be held in any position controlling how much material is able to be moved to the beaters by the variable speed apron chain. This method of delivery provides consistent metering whether working with pen packs or semi-solids.

2024 JEANTIL EVR 18-14 MANURE SPREADER (18M3/14 TONNE)

SA-R  Tankers  Hi-Spec
The SA-R range of vacuum tankers features premium single-axle recessed slurry tankers for farmers and contractors alike.

The SA-R tanker range is designed to meet every farmers and most contractors needs. Additional features include a swivel hitch with a sprung drawbar for maximum operator comfort. In addition, the barrel of the SA-R tankers is recessed to include large radial tyres, which provide low rolling resistance and a more significant footprint to reduce soil damage.

Features:
Stepped Axle
SA-R models from 1350 to 2300 gallons come standard on a stepped high-speed commercial axle. This results in the rear of the tanker being lower to the ground than competitors models, leading to increased stability and safety on the road or on sloped grounds. The stepped axle is fitted with 420×180 hydraulic brakes as standard to increase stopping power. Air brakes can also be specified to further improve braking efficiency. HiSpec use Alliance wheels as standard on our SA-R range to further improve stability.

Jurop Pump
A Jurop vacuum pump is fitted as standard across the SA-R tanker range. Jurop is a high-quality pump designed and manufactured in a state-of-the-art factory in Italy. Jurop pumps are recognised as the fastest and most potent vacuum pumps available today. Each pump is assembled according to Jurops methodical standards and is carefully tested and checked. PTO-driven as standard, Jurop pumps provide the most efficient method of filling or emptying your slurry tank. Jurop pumps have a worldwide reputation for quality and minimal maintenance. Parts and services are available locally from your nearest Hi-Spec dealer, and the premium build of Jurop pumps ensures an extremely long working life. Tyres
SA-R models from 1350 to 2300 gallons are fitted standard on 750/70 R26 Alliance tyres (28.1). The unique shoulder design ensures excellent grip and high traction efficiency. The large footprint area reduces ground pressure, minimising compaction and increasing flotation. The 2600 SA-R is fitted on 800/65 R32 Alliance tyres. These are 181 A8 rated for use with increased speed or with the addition of a slurry applicator on the rear of the tanker. Strong radial construction with reinforced beads and sidewalls provide long tyre life. The 3000 SA-R is fitted with a straight axle and 750/60 R30.5 Alliance tyres (181 D). Alliance tyres offer higher load/speed ratings when compared with other tyre manufacturers.

THE MOST PRECISE SPREADING DEVICE ON THE MARKET AND CERTIFIED BY THE DLG 
The 2 high vertical beaters dynamically balanced with DLG fingers made of anti-abrasion steel ensure a wide spreading and a high work rate. Transmission is done using a 540 or 1000 rpm gearbox with automatic security and a freewheel.

TOTAL MASTER OF THE SPREADING
The BASIC and SMART proportional electric controls drive the moving floor speed with precision and the DPA system regulates the flow rate proportional to forwarding speed. The SMART Control electric controls with weighing system ensure a high precision thanks to the settings in tons/ha.

Also known as the Reck Typhon, this slurry mixer is made with galvanized steel with solid frame construction, it is nothing short of robust and dependable. 

Thanks to its marvelously designed joints, this mixer can work at an angle without stressing the length of the structure. 

With its maximum length checking in at an outstanding 9.3 m, this mixer allows you to create a literal typhoon within your slurry pit at a safe distance, far from the danger of falling down the pit or inhaling its deadly gasses. 

Operations can be done by a single person as adjustments can be made from the inside of the tractor with the use of either a manual spindle or a hydraulic cylinder.
