2024 SPREADX ILS-200S LIME SPREADER (1.2M)

The SuperVario is a premium, yet economical universal spreader driven by a 12V motor which makes it independent of other mechanisms such as the Kardan Drive or any Hydraulics system.

This machine is available in three models and can be used to spread catch or cover crops, coated grass seeds, mouse bait, slug pellets, or even Silage Additives (depending on the configuration) which are two more functions compared to your average seeders. 

The main difference among the three is their Hopper capacity which comes at 70L, 110L, and 170L depending on the model. 

SuperVario is equipped with the LAS 4 control to  the width, spreading pattern, and dosage, as well as provide visual and aural error indicators.

To maximize your investment, get the stainless steel frame for long lasting performance and the capability to handle Silage Additives without deterioration or corrosion.

SPREADING WIDTHS
The working width can be steplessly adjusted between 2 and 24 metres. The variable spreading width is achieved by steplessly controlling the SuperVario®'s spreading disk between 200 rpm and 3000 rpm from the comfort of the driver's cab. The control panel also comes as standard with various monitoring functions such as the empty indicator or automatic slider monitoring. The preparation for headland management (VGM) also comes as standard.

Slug pellets:
Steplessly is adjustable from 3 to 24 m. With very finely-grained products, the ejector width may vary slightly, e.g. in the case of snail pellets.

Grasses:
The working width for lightweight grass seeds can be steplessly adjustable from 2 to 6 m. With heavy grass seeds (MG 500), a spreading width of up to 10 m is possible. This covers the most common working widths for smoothing, compacting, or harrowing. When spreading grass seeds, a special grass agitator is required, and this is supplied as standard.

Field mouse bait (Ratron):
In this case, the spreading width can be steplessly adjusted from 3 to 24 m. (Note - adhere to authorizations!) 

As far as the spreading materials are concerned, the ejector vanes must be adjustable in a slotted hole. This allows the lateral distribution to be set with precision. Adhere to the indications in the spreading tables of the instructions manual or on the internet.

Note: The adjustment of the ejector vanes is only relevant to the lateral distribution. The spreading width is not altered by this.

Wind, driving errors, and variation in fertiliser can combine to result in an uneven spread pattern.

The gentle taper of the 'triangular' spread pattern produced by the XT24 and X48 distributes any error across the full width of the bout. Conversely, outward spinning systems typically produce a trapezoidal pattern that focuses errors in the lapped areas and is more likely to result in striping.
In-built Error Offset

With our twin disc range, a skew in the spread pattern from one disc is typically offset by an equal and opposite effect from the second spreading disc.

With our system, it is straightforward to drive at the correct bout width by ensuring that fertiliser is thrown just as far as the last set of tractor wheelings.
No rotors to change, vanes to adjust, or spread widths to set. Simply adjust the spread rate as described in the instruction book and you are ready to spread.

2024 SPREADX ILS-3000 2.4M LIME SPREADER, HYDRAULIC DRIVE

If you are looking for a cheap, super-utility spreader, able to spread seed, fert, and bait then this might just be the answer to your problem the IE series.

Despite being a relatively smaller option in our range, the IE series is one of the most popular electric spreaders in our catalog, and for good reasons. It is cheap, it is reliable, and it can be used for three different purposes. Not only are you buying a seed spreader when you choose this machine but also a fertilizer and bait spreader. 

This machine also boasts stainless steel construction all over its parts and components including the frames, discs, diverters, mudguards, and manual rate control to make them more rigid and more resistant to corrosion.

To start off, this fertilizer spreader does not accept a bulk bag for obvious reasons. Having said that, it can only carry as much as 530 L of fertilizers in its compact hopper made from rigid and corrosion-resistant PE plastic. 

Its main section is assembled using sturdy HSS made from solid steel to give it a solid structure that maximizes its durability. Instead of aluminum, its gearbox also utilizes steel parts to help it last longer than the competition. 

Every part that makes contact with fertilizers including the hopper, prevention plate, spinner disc, and vanes is made from stainless steel materials to help bring corrosion down to a minimum.
