2024 TUBELINE NITRO 450 MANURE SPREADER (13 TONNE)

The NITRO spreader from Tubeline originally started with the 450, 600, and 750 models followed by the 950 models shortly after the initial product launch. Developed with features to ensure commercial readiness these spreaders offer slip-slide poly board floors and walls, a guillotine endgate, reversible apron chain, and quick drop beaters. Engineered for commercial use, our commercial line are all scale ready. The guillotine endgate can be held in any position controlling how much material is able to be moved to the beaters by the variable speed apron chain. This method of delivery provides consistent metering whether working with pen packs or semi-solids.

Apron Chain Limited Lifetime Warranty
Under the Apron Chain Limited Lifetime Warranty, Tubeline will replace a broken apron chain or connecting link on any Nitro model manure spreader. Restrictions may apply.

CV Shaft
All Nitro models come equipped with a CV (Constant Velocity) Shaft allowing for a tighter turning radius, greatly reducing the incidence of driveline chatter in a tight turn, and increasing the longevity of the driveline.

Guillotine Endgate
The guillotine endgate can be opened partially to meter the amount of material being delivered to the beater assembly. This ensures the optimal delivery of lime and various manure consistencies to the field.

2024 TUBELINE NITRO 950 MANURE SPREADER (25 TONNE)

SA-R  Tankers  Hi-Spec
The SA-R range of vacuum tankers features premium single-axle recessed slurry tankers for farmers and contractors alike.

The SA-R tanker range is designed to meet every farmers and most contractors needs. Additional features include a swivel hitch with a sprung drawbar for maximum operator comfort. In addition, the barrel of the SA-R tankers is recessed to include large radial tyres, which provide low rolling resistance and a more significant footprint to reduce soil damage.

Features:
Stepped Axle
SA-R models from 1350 to 2300 gallons come standard on a stepped high-speed commercial axle. This results in the rear of the tanker being lower to the ground than competitors models, leading to increased stability and safety on the road or on sloped grounds. The stepped axle is fitted with 420×180 hydraulic brakes as standard to increase stopping power. Air brakes can also be specified to further improve braking efficiency. HiSpec use Alliance wheels as standard on our SA-R range to further improve stability.

Jurop Pump
A Jurop vacuum pump is fitted as standard across the SA-R tanker range. Jurop is a high-quality pump designed and manufactured in a state-of-the-art factory in Italy. Jurop pumps are recognised as the fastest and most potent vacuum pumps available today. Each pump is assembled according to Jurops methodical standards and is carefully tested and checked. PTO-driven as standard, Jurop pumps provide the most efficient method of filling or emptying your slurry tank. Jurop pumps have a worldwide reputation for quality and minimal maintenance. Parts and services are available locally from your nearest Hi-Spec dealer, and the premium build of Jurop pumps ensures an extremely long working life. Tyres
SA-R models from 1350 to 2300 gallons are fitted standard on 750/70 R26 Alliance tyres (28.1). The unique shoulder design ensures excellent grip and high traction efficiency. The large footprint area reduces ground pressure, minimising compaction and increasing flotation. The 2600 SA-R is fitted on 800/65 R32 Alliance tyres. These are 181 A8 rated for use with increased speed or with the addition of a slurry applicator on the rear of the tanker. Strong radial construction with reinforced beads and sidewalls provide long tyre life. The 3000 SA-R is fitted with a straight axle and 750/60 R30.5 Alliance tyres (181 D). Alliance tyres offer higher load/speed ratings when compared with other tyre manufacturers.

Paddle Kit: The optional bolt-on paddle kit cups material to provide better throw.

Gate Indicator: With the gate indicator, you can quickly and easily see how open the endgate is from the seat of your tractor.

Digi-Star® Scale System: The optional Digi-Star® 5pt 60,000 lb. differential weigh beam system is available on all Nitro models. Four of the load cells are located under the box and the fifth cell is placed on the hitch. Accounting for environmental protection, the Digi-Star® scale system lets you know how many tons you've hauled and spread on your fields, perfect for both farmers and custom operators.
