FARMTECH MACHINERY

SA-R Tankers Hi-Spec
The SA-R range of vacuum tankers features premium single-axle recessed slurry tankers for farmers and contractors alike.

The SA-R tanker range is designed to meet every farmers and most contractors needs. Additional features include a swivel hitch with a sprung drawbar for maximum operator comfort. In addition, the barrel of the SA-R tankers is recessed to include large radial tyres, which provide low rolling resistance and a more significant footprint to reduce soil damage.

Features:
Stepped Axle
SA-R models from 1350 to 2300 gallons come standard on a stepped high-speed commercial axle. This results in the rear of the tanker being lower to the ground than competitors models, leading to increased stability and safety on the road or on sloped grounds. The stepped axle is fitted with 420×180 hydraulic brakes as standard to increase stopping power. Air brakes can also be specified to further improve braking efficiency. HiSpec use Alliance wheels as standard on our SA-R range to further improve stability.

Jurop Pump
A Jurop vacuum pump is fitted as standard across the SA-R tanker range. Jurop is a high-quality pump designed and manufactured in a state-of-the-art factory in Italy. Jurop pumps are recognised as the fastest and most potent vacuum pumps available today. Each pump is assembled according to Jurops methodical standards and is carefully tested and checked. PTO-driven as standard, Jurop pumps provide the most efficient method of filling or emptying your slurry tank. Jurop pumps have a worldwide reputation for quality and minimal maintenance. Parts and services are available locally from your nearest Hi-Spec dealer, and the premium build of Jurop pumps ensures an extremely long working life. Additional pump improvement options can be viewed on our Options page.

Tyres
SA-R models from 1350 to 2300 gallons are fitted standard on 750/70 R26 Alliance tyres (28.1). The unique shoulder design ensures excellent grip and high traction efficiency. The large footprint area reduces ground pressure, minimising compaction and increasing flotation. The 2600 SA-R is fitted on 800/65 R32 Alliance tyres. These are 181 A8 rated for use with increased speed or with the addition of a slurry applicator on the rear of the tanker. Strong radial construction with reinforced beads and sidewalls provide long tyre life. The 3000 SA-R is fitted with a straight axle and 750/60 R30.5 Alliance tyres (181 D). Alliance tyres offer higher load/speed ratings when compared with other tyre manufacturers.

2024 SPREADX IOD-900A SINGLE DISC HYDRAULIC MULTI SPREADER (1160L)

IE series

If you are looking for a cheap, super-utility spreader, able to spread seed, fert, and bait then this might just be the answer to your problem the IE series.

Despite being a relatively smaller option in our range, the IE series is one of the most popular electric spreaders in our catalog, and for good reasons. It is cheap, it is reliable, and it can be used for three different purposes. Not only are you buying a seed spreader when you choose this machine but also a fertilizer and bait spreader.

This machine also boasts stainless steel construction all over its parts and components including the frames, discs, diverters, mudguards, and manual rate control to make them more rigid and more resistant to corrosion.

Another reason why it is one of our best sellers is it doesnt require a PTO, or a tractor in general, for it to be used. All you need is a 12-volt power source and you can get this up and running. Its small size also allows it to be mounted on a Ute, side-by-side, or any vehicle so long as it meets the required electric power output.

For best effects, however, the IE series is used to supplement any tillage equipment to create a true one-pass renovator to refurbish your pasture.

One thing thats hard to miss on this spreader is its bright yellow hopper thats made from hard, durable PE material. Depending on the model, the hopper can hold anywhere from 70L, 130L, 180L of seeds, fertilizers, or bait pellets which the machine can disperse for at least 2 meters all the way to 22 meters maximum.

Using this machine has never been so easy thanks to its electric control system that has multiple functions including On/Off control for the spinner, Manual shutter control, and Electric spread width control.

2025 JEANTIL GTI 8500 SLURRY TANKER (8,500L)

Nitro 950Tri Manure Spreader Tubeline

The Nitro 950TRI features the standard Nitro Quick-Drop Beater assembly, allowing you to switch quickly and easily between the vertical beaters and the spinner deck. While the vertical beater assembly is ideal for thicker material, the spinner deck is ideal for looser material such as poultry litter. This set-up offers increased flexibility for both producers and custom operators allowing you to equip your spreader properly for whichever material you\ll be spreading.

The Nitro 950TRI comes exclusively in Tri-Axle with 16,000lbs (10 bolt) wheel hub capacity. Due to the increased amount of contact points, the Tri-Axle results in reduced soil compaction. This allows for more air and water to get to the roots, increasing the yield of your crops when compared to single and tandem axles. The Nitro 950TRI comes standard with a following axle. The front and rear axles can turn independently, reducing wear on the tires when turning and giving your tires longer life.

The optional Michelin CargoXBib High Floatation Tires (710/50 R26.5 Radial) have unique treads that allow for 3x more self cleaning ability when driving through your fields. These tires will not only reduce compaction on your field, but allow you to carry more material to the field at higher speeds due to the steel belted radial design. This tire is also the first low pressure tire compatible with central tire inflation systems.

Brakes are available on the 950TRI on both the centre and rear axles. Each axle also comes standard with the Horst Road Flex Suspension system, reducing wear on the Nitro box when driving down the road or in the field.
