A vertically operating auger system ensures grinding and cutting of round and square bales thanks to the custom alloyed and custom-designed knives on it and mixing them homogenously with other rough and thick feed. Thanks to the special design of the auger and the body, there are no blind points on the machine and therefore no feed remains in the bucket after discharge. This special design required much lower power with the durable transmission box system used. Thanks to the electronic digital scale system available optionally, the feed loaded in the machine may be weighed with high sensitivity and rations are prepared correctly.

The Disc-O-Vigne is an independent disc stubble-breaker specially designed for vineyard tillage. It is equipped with a 100×100 mm compact frame and with tractor coupling cat.1 or 2.

Disc-O-Vigne is fitted with an Agrisem 3D security system with percussion spring 30x30 mm. This maintenance-free security ensures an exceptional penetration in the soil even in dry conditions and a homogeneous working depth on all the widths.

Mulcher discs assembled on the Disc-O-Vigne are twice more efficient than traditional serrated discs. Indeed, these discs keep an aggressive profile throughout their use and allow a good penetration in hard conditions as well as a better mincing of weeds.

The machine is equipped with high security and maintenance-free hubs.

This model is available from 1,00m to 2,20 m and can be equipped as an option with four more discs to increase the working width of 50 cm. The machine can also be equipped with 1 to 3 front blades to loosen the soil where the tractor wheels (2 lateral blades) and/or straddle tractor (1 central blade) are passed.

The Disc-O-Vigne is especially suitable for mechanical weeds control on inter-rows with a perfect levelling of the soil surface to allow an easy passage, with a straddle tractor, in the inter-row.

2024 AGRISEM DOV170V DISC-O-VIGNE VINEYARD SPEED DISCS (1.5M)

Flail Mower is an important piece of equipment that is driven by the tractor tail spindle and connected to it with a three-point hitch system. It works vertically on the surface of the soil and it cuts the stalks of the plants such as wheat, sunflower, cotton, unshelled rice, tobacco and thicket and the branches of the pruned fruit trees and vine shots perform the recycling of them as organic fertilizer. It preserves the cutting height, strength of the blades and balances sensitivity even though the surface of the soil is uneven thanks to its skids on the sides and its roller at the back.

Another of its model is also manufactured, T-DSPH (Hydraulic Mulcher with Vertical Blades) that makes it possible to slide the machine through tractor hydraulic arms within control to provide ease of use in orchards and vineyards. The height is adjusted on the roller also in this model.
Moreover, by creating backward working possibility in crushing of spiky bushes and branches through the bi-directional pulling system, which allows both forward and backward working optionally, it both minimizes the damage in trailer wheels and provides great facility in crushing on branches, which are squashed under wheels in forward working, bury in the ground and become hard to be collected.

Rubber Suspension Speed Disc
