2024 AERVATOR TA180 TURF (LINKAGE, 1.8M)

The CZ-M Chisel Plough is available with 5, 7, 9 or 13 tines and is mounted to tractors by a three-point linkage system. In comparison with other chisels, non-soldered steel rolled iron is used for the tines.

Since it swells the soil without turning over it, decomposition of organic materials is too slow and damp soil is not removed to the top. Since stubble and plant residuals scratch the surface, a good upper layer composes. It is very effective against weeds that are robust and develop roots. It can be used successfully in heavy soils where other materials are insufficient in terms of quality and capacity. While chisel swells the soil in ploughing depth and stubble stays on the land surface, it provides a protective impact against water and wind erosion. If the soil is wet and damp, it should be avoided to use this tool. 

The main functions of these chisel type ploughs are breaking hard bottom soil which is formed by ploughing and processing soil without tipping and airing. In case of sudden pressure, safety pins come into action and prevent the tractor and chassis from damaged. Tines are designed to get the maximum output from your tractor by giving them the most appropriate submersion angle.

2024 AERVATOR GH5004-CFT (TRAILING, FOLDING, 5.0M)

The Disc-O-Vigne is an independent disc stubble-breaker specially designed for vineyard tillage. It is equipped with a 100×100 mm compact frame and with tractor coupling cat.1 or 2.

Disc-O-Vigne is fitted with an Agrisem 3D security system with percussion spring 30x30 mm. This maintenance-free security ensures an exceptional penetration in the soil even in dry conditions and a homogeneous working depth on all the width.

Mulchers discs assembled on the Disc-O-Vigne are twice more efficient than traditional serrated discs. Indeed, these discs keep an aggressive profile throughout their use and allow a good penetration in hard conditions as well as a better mincing of weeds.

The machine is equipped with high security and maintenance freehubs.

This model is available from 1,00m to 2,20 m and can be equipped as an option with four more discs to increase the working width of 50 cm. The machine can also be equipped with 1 to 3 front blades to loosen the soil where the tractor wheels (2 lateral blades) and/or straddle tractor (1 central blade) are passed.

The Disc-O-Vigne is especially suitable for a mechanical weeds control on inter-rows with a perfect levelling of the soil surface to allow an easy passage, with a straddle tractor, in the inter-row.

Ground Driven Spreader
Coming in at either 200 L or 340 L variant, the IPS is an ultra-light, ground-driven fertilizer spreader intended to be pulled by ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Utes. Its mechanism is composed of multiple shafts and gears which allows its lone spinner to spin and scatter its load in concert with the rotation of its wheels. 

On the other hand, the Iris IJS spreader is equipped with a gearbox that needed to be connected to the tractors P.T.O. device to be operable. 

Fertilizer Spreader for Vegetable Beds
This spreader weights next to nothing making it suitable to be driven over loose vegetable beds and its slim profile allows it to slip through narrow orchards without disturbing your plants. The machine can easily be configured using an intuitive rate control lever to disperse both granular and pellet fertilizers at distances of up to 6-12 meters out.
