Opposing dispensers allows time for the film layer to adhere to the layer below and avoids air being trapped and ingressing into the bale wasting nutrients. JF Mix 6000 CS is a feed mixer for pure grain, salt and concentrate, built entirely in stainless steel. It is extremely wear-resistant, especially the parts in contact with abrasive and oxidating materials. Equipped with rubber cleaners in the mixing paddles, it doesn't leave leftovers at the bottom of the tank, avoiding waste of expensive feed. 

It has an exclusive mixing system and joystick control for discharge flow adjustment. It also features the scale DG 5000 system with multi-recipe programming and downloadable info to computers. It is the feed mixer ideal for free-range cattle and sheep systems, making it possible to supplement directly in the field.

2024 JF MIX 6000 CS GRAIN FEED MIXER (6.0M3)

WRAP ON LINKAGE, LOADER ARM, OR TELEHANDLER. HIGH SPEED - UP TO 80 BALES PER HOUR

The 3 point linkage wrapper was first developed by Tanco and the S series continues to lead the class with new innovative features to this day. Unique and patented options of single, twin or triple wrap arms give customers flexibility in terms of output.

Drive rollers enter under the bale, closing to raise the bale into the wrapping position. The wrapped arms unfold at the beginning of the wrapping cycle. Once the bale is wrapped the arms fold into a single telescopic Cut & Start, making the system extremely versatile and compact.

For maximum output, three dispensers unfold to apply the film. With three layers being applied simultaneously, bale output is unsurpassed. As there are three rolls of film loaded in the wrapper at any time, film rolls will be replaced 63% less often than a single disc.

COMPACT & LIGHTWEIGHT: Weighing from just 940Kg the S Series is ideally suited for all-terrain, including mountainous conditions, as satellite wrap arms rotate around the bale, meaning bale movement is reduced to a minimum during wrapping.

WRAP & STACK: The S Series can wrap and stack bales in a single operation, reducing labor, tractor hours. Wrapping and Stacking also reduce the number of times wrapped bales are handled, reducing the risk of damage to the bale.

END TIP KIT OPTION: Bales can be placed on their flat end with the optional End-Tip kit, where plastic concentration is greatest, reducing the risk of damage to the bale and also ensuring bales do not roll once off-loaded.

WRAP ARM UNFOLD & FOLD: Tancos patented system for unfolding and folding multiple wrap arms into a single cut and hold system has made it possible for 3 point linkage wrappers, which are lighter and more compact than their trailed counterparts, to reach the highest levels of performance and bale count.

TELESCOPIC CUT & START: A patented system, the telescopic Cut & Start extends to three times it is resting-state extending and then retracting to gather the film into a single strand. Once gathered and held, only then is the film cut, resulting in an ultra-reliable system you can have confidence in.

VARIABLE SPEED HYDRAULICS: Setting them in a class of their own, the S200 V and S300 V use proportional hydraulics, which means hydraulic functions, such as wrap arm speed, can be variably adjusted to ramp up and down ensuring a smoother and more consistent wrapping operation, resulting in less vibration and longer machine life.

The TLR5000 has been refined resulting in a lighter, more maneuverable machine. But don't let that fool you, this wrapper is built tough to handle heavy silage bales. The easy towing wagon chassis also allows for quick placement. A rear cam axle lowers the chassis bringing the tail to the ground. This ensures the proper angle as the bales are pushed off the wrapper. To ensure good compression, the cam axle allows you to address the amount of drag on the tail to provide the right amount of resistance

Pre-Tensioners
To create the 55% (approx.) stretch of the plastic, the pre-tensioners are knurled which allows them to grip and pull the plastic between the rollers activating the bonding agent in the film.

Film Snap - Patent Pending
Standard on all inline Balewrapper models, Tubeline's Film Snap easily cuts wrap with a single action. Press and hold the Film Snap plunger located beside the operator's panel until both the tensioners pass, triggering the cutting action. The Film Snap bar snaps into action safely cutting the wrap without stopping the cycle.
