The PowerAg Vinero is a combination spreader for precise surface and row spreading of catch and cover crops, fertiliser, and grass!

With the Vinero hose spreader, seeds of all types and granular fertiliser can be dispensed over a width of 0.8  2.2 m with extreme precision and flexibility  either in a separate work step or in combination with other working operations  surface spreading between the rows, or from the side directly into the rows with centimetre accuracy.

The Vinero was specially developed for viticulture, fruit growing, hops, and horticulture, and can be installed on all vehicles with a 12V supply. The discharge rate (max. 400 kg/ha) can be infinitely adjusted from the drivers seat using the control panel, and can of course also be changed while on the move.
 
PRODUCT FEATURES:
*Simple, convenient control from the drivers seat  LAS 4 control panel with empty indicator:
 
As well as infinitely adjusting the discharge rate via the valve position and rotational speed, all other switching functions are also controlled directly via the control panel. These include Machine On/Off, Valve Open/Closed, checking the voltage, etc. In addition, the control panel issues a visual and acoustic warning (empty indicator) when the hopper level reaches the minimum, or the valve is not in position. Automatic valve control using a headland management system provides even more convenience.

*Surface sowing:
For spreading between the rows, all hoses are evenly spaced on the distributor rail. This accurately sets and limits the discharge width. The baffle plate under the hoses ensures optimum lateral distribution and also minimizes susceptibility to wind.
 
*Sideways spreading:
For fertilizing in rows, the hoses on the rail are positioned inclined to the outside. The inner hoses can also be attached to the outside if necessary, thus increasing the discharge rate into the rows.
 
*Electronic dosing
On the VINERO®, the flow rate of the spreading material is regulated directly on the control panel. In addition, the valves position is monitored to ensure an even discharge rate.
 
*Valve unit with agitator
The valve unit can optionally and very easily be set for different outlet holes. For a narrow working width (80 cm), 4 holes are recommended; for a wide working width, 8 holes.

2024 LEHNER VINERO 170 SEED TUBE SPREADER (170L)

The SPR 6 is a six-outlet air seeder that releases seeds to 25mm hoses and into the scatter plates before reaching the ground. The seeds are kept in a 300 L Yellow Seed hopper made from high-durability UV-resistant polypropylene plastic. 

The SPR 6 can also work with a variety of seed sizes as it can be fitted with a variety of seed roller sizes starting from the standard 10mm size accommodating any desired rate per hectare.

This machine can be paired with any vehicle with a 12V power source that powers Twin high-capacity air fans, to blow the seed through the supplied hoses. 

For best effects, attach the Turbojet SPR 6 to an Aervator or any similar soil implement to make a true one-pass RenoVator so you can relieve compaction and oversow renovating fields in a single pass.

2024 FARMTECH TURBOJET SPR 6 ELECTRIC AIRSEEDER (300L)

Designed as a high-performance, heavy-duty roller that can work with wide tires of the tractor, the Unia Amber 900/3 Seed Drill is the best heavy-seeder option.

It is equipped with a single disc coulter made from high-grade steel that easily opens up the soil and gently place the seeds. It has a diameter of 40 cm with a maximum clamping force of about 100 kg/coulter.

It has an effective work width of 3m and both the seeds and the fertilizers are kept in a flexible yet surprisingly sturdy 900L tarpaulin hopper that is proven to endure long hours of exposure and wear and tear when out in the field. 

For durability and protection, this seed drill employs a variable gear optimum performance. The coulters are protected by rubber dampers and the entire structure is supported by a suspension axle for the standard versions and a semi-mounted axle for the DRIVE models.

All operation is via the modern LAS 3 PSM control panel  from the driver's seat. The delivery volume, distance, and product can be set . The control panel also features various displays and error messages.
