CONTROL PANEL - LAS 3 PSM control
All operation is via the modern LAS 3 PSM control panel directly from the driver's seat. The delivery volume, distance, and product can be set directly. The control panel also features various displays and error messages.

The PowerAg Vinero is a combination spreader for precise surface and row spreading of catch and cover crops, fertiliser, and grass!

With the Vinero hose spreader, seeds of all types and granular fertiliser can be dispensed over a width of 0.8  2.2 m with extreme precision and flexibility  either in a separate work step or in combination with other working operations  surface spreading between the rows, or from the side directly into the rows with centimetre accuracy.

The Vinero was specially developed for viticulture, fruit growing, hops, and horticulture, and can be installed on all vehicles with a 12V supply. The discharge rate (max. 400 kg/ha) can be infinitely adjusted from the drivers seat using the control panel, and can of course also be changed while on the move.
 
PRODUCT FEATURES:
*Simple, convenient control from the drivers seat  LAS 4 control panel with empty indicator:
 
As well as infinitely adjusting the discharge rate via the valve position and rotational speed, all other switching functions are also controlled directly via the control panel. These include Machine On/Off, Valve Open/Closed, checking the voltage, etc. In addition, the control panel issues a visual and acoustic warning (empty indicator) when the hopper level reaches the minimum, or the valve is not in position. Automatic valve control using a headland management system provides even more convenience.

*Surface sowing:
For spreading between the rows, all hoses are evenly spaced on the distributor rail. This accurately sets and limits the discharge width. The baffle plate under the hoses ensures optimum lateral distribution and also minimizes susceptibility to wind.
 
*Sideways spreading:
For fertilizing in rows, the hoses on the rail are positioned inclined to the outside. The inner hoses can also be attached to the outside if necessary, thus increasing the discharge rate into the rows.
 
*Electronic dosing
On the VINERO®, the flow rate of the spreading material is regulated directly on the control panel. In addition, the valves position is monitored to ensure an even discharge rate.
 
*Valve unit with agitator
The valve unit can optionally and very easily be set for different outlet holes. For a narrow working width (80 cm), 4 holes are recommended; for a wide working width, 8 holes.

Pneumatic Precision Planters are twenty-first century machines that use air to plant seeds with utmost precision. The planter is composed of a frame, two sets of wheels for mobility and stability across the field, an auger or seed tube feeder system, air pressure regulator so they can be run at different speeds depending on how much planting power you need in your row spacing as well as other systems like GPS tracking and automatic shut off sensors if it runs out of fuel because these machines do require more maintenance than traditional equipment.

A pneumatic planter is a planting machine of the hydraulically suspended type which capable of planting by attaching to a tractor by a three-point suspension mechanism. Therefore, it may be easily transported to the field where planting will take place and has the advantage of leaving less unplanted soil at the boundaries of the field as it may easily draw closer to the boundary of the field. The fan system on the pneumatic planter provides the vacuum required for the seeds to hold on to the planting plate holes. The planting units consist of major components such as a plowing foot with the adjustable level which scrapes large lumps of soil and dry soil in the front, the seed tank, seed cell, diffusing unit, seed planting axe, covering hoes with an adjustable level which cover the seeds once they have been poured into the row, pressure wheel and a cord which adjusts the level of the pressure wheel.
In a machine with fertilizer equipment, the fertilizer tanks may be optionally made of plastic or steel.
 
 
 
DISC TYPE
Usually, it is more appropriate to use where there is plenty of straw waste on the field.
 
Depth settings can be adjusted with the help of the wheels next to the planter disc, while pressure is applied with V-shaped pressure wheels at the rear of the unit. Also optionally a seed pressure wheel is attached to the rear side of the planter discs for small and delicate seeds.
For disc type machines, fertiliser coulter is also produced with double discs.
