Seedbed preperation
Primarily designed as a tool to relieve soil compaction and seedbed preparation, the DTM is built from heavy steel that can overpower any stubborn spots within your field. Rubber Suspension Speed Disc

The CZ-M Chisel Plough is available with 5, 7, 11 or 13 tines and is mounted to tractors by a three-point linkage system. In comparison with other chisels, non-soldered steel rolled iron is used for the tines.

Since it swells the soil without turning over it, decomposition of organic materials is too slow and damp soil is not removed to the top. Since stubble and plant residuals scratch the surface, a good upper layer composes. It is very effective against weeds that are robust and develop roots. It can be used successfully in heavy soils where other materials are insufficient in terms of quality and capacity. While chisel swells the soil in ploughing depth and stubble stays on the land surface, it provides a protective impact against water and wind erosion. If the soil is wet and damp, it should be avoided to use this tool. 

The main functions of these chisel type ploughs are breaking hard bottom soil which is formed by ploughing and processing soil without tipping and airing. 2024 FARMTECH CZ-9-M CHISEL PLOUGH + PACKER ROLLER (9 TINE, 2.8M)

Designed as a high-performance, heavy-duty roller that can work with wide tires of the tractor, the Unia Amber 900/3 Seed Drill is the best heavy-seeder option.

It is equipped with a single disc coulter made from high-grade steel that easily opens up the soil and gently place the seeds. It has a diameter of 40 cm with a maximum clamping force of about 100 kg/coulter.

It has an effective work width of 3m and both the seeds and the fertilizers are kept in a flexible yet surprisingly sturdy 900L tarpaulin hopper that is proven to endure long hours of exposure and wear and tear when out in the field.

Pneumatic Precision Planters are modern planting machines that can plant the seeds in a row individually with utmost precision.

Thus pneumatic planting machine ensures minimum seed consumption and optimal product yield. t is possible to plant sunflower, corn, soybean, peanut, watermelon, melon, squash, non-fibrous cotton, beet, cucumber, fennel tomato, Kochia, vegetable, and onion seeds with utmost precision. The distance between rows is between 27cm and 90cm. Distance above rows is variable. There are 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 rowed options.

A pneumatic planter is a planting machine of the hydraulically suspended type capable of planting by attaching to a tractor by a three-point suspension mechanism. Therefore, it may be easily transported to the field where planting will take place and has the advantage of leaving less unplanted soil at the boundaries of the field as it may easily draw closer to the boundary of the field. The fan system on the pneumatic planter provides the vacuum required for the seeds to hold on to the planting plate holes. The planting units consist of major components such as a ploughing foot with the adjustable level which scrapes large lumps of soil and dry soil in the front, the seed tank, seed cell, diffusing unit, seed planting axe, covering hoes with an adjustable level which cover the seeds once they have been poured into the row, pressure wheel and a cord which adjusts the level of the pressure wheel.
In a machine with fertilizer equipment, the fertilizer tanks may be optionally made of plastic or steel.

DISC TYPE
Usually, it is more appropriate to use where there is plenty of straw waste on the field.

Depth settings can be adjusted with the help of the wheels next to the planter disc, while pressure is applied with V-shaped pressure wheels at the rear of the unit. Also optionally a seed pressure wheel is attached to the rear side of the planter discs for small and delicate seeds.
For disc type machines, fertiliser coulter is also produced with double discs.

The Buffalo is a trailed-type machine with two wheels that can be easily transported to the field. It takes advantage of a hydraulic lifting system used for breaking clods and mixing soils for the seedbed.

Aerators relieve soil compaction without damaging the grass you already have and prevent rain runoff on your paddocks. Aeration involves perforating the soil with slots to allow water, air, and nutrients to penetrate down to the grassroots.

DID YOU KNOW?
New science has shown that aeration is vital to soil health. Aeration supports the living layer of your soil by creating channels for air and water to feed the aerobic bacteria that live below the surface of the soil. Through aeration, the air is allowed to penetrate the first 100 cm of the soil to support aerobic bacteria growth. Aerobic microbes need air to properly stabilize soil PH and convert organic matter to plant-available nutrients. This microbial activity has been found to increase the water of the soil holding capacity.

Channel and cracks in the soil profile allow rain and irrigation to be easily absorbed by your soil where it's needed instead of running off into the creek. Aeration breaks surface crust and creates deep channels and cracks that drastically increase your soil's ability to absorb moisture. This process helps develop vigorous deep root systems helping your plants become more drought resistant. Deep-rooted plants also have a far greater uptake of minerals and trace elements, ultimately resulting in healthier livestock.

WHEN IS IT BEST TO AERATE YOUR PADDOCKS?
As we all know The best day to plant a tree is... 30 years ago. The second best day is today. It's the same for aeration.

The benefits of aeration are compounded treatment after treatment. we suggest using your Aervator the day it arrives. no matter what time of year that is providing your soil is not waterlogged.

Often we find that annual or biannual use gives the best results though this depends on your soil.

Aussie farmers also use aeration to greatly increase the availability of fertilizer to your plant's root zone by creating a path for the fertilizer to penetrate deep into the soil.

HOW TO AERATE USING AN AERVATOR?
The rotating tine has a very clean action designed to aerate by opening and shattering the topsoil with minimal damage to existing plants, This action is vertical tillage AKA VerTill.

The Design of the Aervator's tines allows them to twist as they pass through the soil this is intentional. Through this motion, the Aervator is able to shatter the soil, greatly reduce compaction and create pathways for air-water, and nutrients to enter your plants' root zone.

For best results the Aervator requires two factors:

WEIGHT. Weight is built into our heavy-duty, over-spec Australian steel frames. If you find your tines are not fully penetrating the soil you have a compaction issue but don't worry we have you covered, just add our optional concrete blocks and those tines will dig into even the most compact paddocks in as little as two passes.
SPEED. The Aervator ideally needs to travel at 7 - 10 kph for the tines to achieve the shattering effect.

2024 AERVATOR GH5004MAXI (LINKAGE, 5.0M)

The marvelous Argomaster BM series machine is a heavy-duty single disc seed drill that is primarily designed to carry and dispense larger seeds such as cereal like wheat, rye, barley, oats, among others as well as legumes like peas, beans, lentils, etc. 

Farmers can choose between hydraulically-operated or mechanically-operated variant depending on their needs. For transportation, they can opt for either a draw bar or a three point linkage with either large or small wheels. 

For trailed variants, the BM series employs a unique yet reliable mechanism to run its operations: The fertilizer hopper system is driven by the left wheel while the seed hopper system is moved by the right Wheel of the machine.
