JF Mix 6000 CS is a feed mixer for pure grain, salt and concentrate, built entirely in stainless steel. It is extremely wear-resistant, especially the parts in contact with abrasive and oxidating materials. Equipped with rubber cleaners in the mixing paddles, it doesn't leave leftovers at the bottom of the tank, avoiding waste of expensive feed. 

It has an exclusive mixing system and joystick control for discharge flow adjustment. It also features the scale DG 5000 system with multi-recipe programming and downloadable info to computers. It is the feed mixer ideal for free-range cattle and sheep systems, making it possible to supplement directly in the field. 

Feed mixer with capacity for 4m³ and 6m³, specific for mixing pure grain, salt and concentrate, built in 5mm stainless steel sheet, equipped with paddle mixing system, paddle with rubber cleaner, planetary gearbox for mixing mineral feed for animal nutrition, PTO shaft protection, flexible tube for discharging directly at the trough or self-feeder, articulated structure covered with canvas, jack, rear access to easily add ingredients to the mixture. WIDE BOWL MIXING TUB
The Ausmix tub comes in both standard wide body (2.5m) or our XL body (2.65m) to better suit large, high density bales. The extra wide body gives large bales more space to be pulled into the mixer, reducing any material being thrown out. This greatly improves time efficiency and chop down. In addition, the extra wide body allows for a lower profile design making it more suitable to smaller loaders like tractors and skid steers.

At its very core, every AusMIX feed mixer is equipped with a Fibre-X vertical Auger which integrates three different types of heat-treated tungsten carbides knife. Built for heavy-duty action, It can easily cut through high fiber, forage, grain, or heavy wet rations and produce a thorough and consistent TMR feed from start to finish.
In terms of durability, the XL 14 should not disappoint as the company didnt bother to skimp on materials. At 20 mm and 10 mm, the Auger, Tub Floor and Tub Walls look really solid and premium already without having to do the ol knock with your knuckles test.
This mixer wagon also comes with a nifty observation platform so you can keep a close eye on the operations and prevent over mixing or any other mishaps from occurring.
Nothing feels more convenient than unloading the feed from the 12 m tub thanks to its standard 1.5 mm conveyor belt that can come equipped with either a stainless steel pan or rubber belt depending on your needs. But you can also choose to have Side Shift Conveyors or a longer flip-up conveyor belt thats up to 4 m long. As with most feed mixers, the AUSmix XL 14 is filled over the top through the use of a loader.
To close out, the XL 14 requires a tractor with a minimum of 75 HP to function effectively. It is linked together with a Premium Two-Speed Gearbox thats made in Italy. It is designed with heavy planetary gearboxes to consistently handle heavy loads and can process big bales or high forage/ fiber ration mix with ease.

Horizontal Mixer-Feeders; are designed to bring various animal feed into a homogenous mixture and to distribute this mixture to the animals with its robust, strong and reliable structure and easy use. All options of horizontal feed mixers of appropriate capacity for all kinds of small, medium and large-scaled enterprises are available with the quality and privilege.

Horizontal feed mixers are moved by tractor via an articulated shaft. They are connected to the tractor and carried with a drawbar. The movement is transmitted to the augers by gears located at the front side of the machine as to rotate reversely.

When the machine is in stable status, various materials loaded in the reservoir by a dipper located at the back are mixed with augers. 

In addition, thanks to numerous knives located on the augers grinding process are performed. Mixed materials are discharged in the animal feeders at the desired quantity from the side of the machine by means of a pallet transmitter moved by a hydraulic motor.
