FARMTECH MACHINERY

Engineered specifically for the heavy crops found in the UK, our attention to detail delivers unparalleled performance in the field in both grass and straw applications.

The Super-ted 221 has a 2.2m. wide pick-up and is suitable for silage (will do two 3m. swaths side by side), straw from all modern combines and hay.

* Faster Drying
* Reduced Crop Contamination
* Reduced Costs in One Pass
* Tidier swaths

1. Faster Drying
With grass, a quick drying time reduces nutrient loss and produces more palatable fodder. High dry-matter silage also results in less effluent being created at the clamp. The Super-ted effect is twofold, typically halving the drying time of other methods.

The crop is lifted, with air being introduced to the swath for more even drying from top to bottom.

The waxy cellulose coating on the plant is cracked without damaging the crop to improve evaporation of moisture.

With straw, the risk of damage by mould in a damp crop is minimised.

2. Reduced Crop Contamination
Crop loss is reduced by keeping the swaths intact and not spreading them over the ground. Stone and soil contamination is reduced by not having to carry out a second raking operation.

3. Reduced Costs in One Pass
Save fuel, labour and reduce ground compaction. The Super-ted is a high-speed one-pass operation as there is no need to spread and row up again

4. Tidier swaths
The swaths produced by the Super-ted are box-shaped with clean edges and can be adjusted in width and offset using the rear doors. This enables greater throughputs in the following harvesting or baling operation.

FEATURES
* Adjustable Front Hood: Because not all swaths are the same, the front hood can be adjusted to suit your crop.
* 8 Rows of Tines: Why settle for less? 8 rows of twin-fork times ensure intensive conditioning.
* Individual Tine Retainers: Individual tine retainers for easy maintenance/preventing crop contamination.
* Castor Wheels: For ease of use your Suer-ted will follow the tractor at headlands without lifting it off the ground.
* Low-Pressure Tyres: Soil compaction is minimised with the low-pressure wheels fitted as standard

2026 TEAGLE 8500 CHIEF BOX MACHINE

The i73 BaleShear was first developed by Tanco to better improve the feeding of round bales in the winter months. Before the i73 BaleShear, feeding bales was labour intensive, where operators had to exit the cab and manually open bales with pocketknives and then re-enter the cab. The job was time-consuming, posed safety risks, unpleasant and made recycling plastic a more time consuming and difficult task.

Today with the i73 BaleShear operators can stay within the safety of the cab. Bales up to 1.55m in diameter are picked and split into passageways, diet feeders and feeding rings. The plastic is held by a patented gripping mechanism, that positively holds the plastic without piercing it, therefore eliminating the likelihood of tearing the plastic. Once the bale is discharged the plastic can then be driven to a drop off point.

FEATURES
* Splits round bales up to 1.55m in diameter while retaining the plastic
* Feed on feed passageways, feed mixers and feeding rings
* Cuts silage, hay, maize and straw with ease
* Single standard hydraulic coupling

OPTIONAL EXTRAS
* i74 Meal Bucket
* Bolt-on Brackets available for all modern tractors and loaders

This robust machine, specifically engineered for Australian agricultural conditions, ensures that you're not merely purchasing equipment, but making a valuable investment in your farm's productivity.

The TOMAHAWK 5050 SILAGE FEEDER, central to the T5050XL, is a versatile tool capable of handling various materials, including wet silage bales, hay, or root crops. It adeptly chops and spreads straw into loose housing, transforming bales into high-quality beddings or mulch.

Key features of the T5050XL include:

Triangular blades that effectively tear apart bales.
Long blades for chopping materials to the desired length.
A rotor that maintains a steady feed rate, even with wet materials, ensuring consistent output.
Compatibility with Straw/Hay/Silage, making it a versatile addition to any farm.
An output length ranging from 6 to 8+ and a spread distance of up to 30 at 540rpm (extending to 40 at 1000rpm), offering significant reach and efficiency.
The machine boasts an operating width of 82, which extends to 90 with the Silage Giraffe, and a discharge height of 50. It requires a PTO power of 100hp for both straw and silage, ensuring powerful and efficient operation. Weighing 2,571 lb, the T5050XL is a substantial yet manageable piece of machinery.

Additional options include various discharge chutes, drums for different bale sizes, a Quick Hitch A-Frame, and a Hydraulic Top Link, offering customization to meet specific farm needs.

The T5050XL is not just a tool; it's a strategic investment that addresses the inefficiencies Australian farmers face in bale processing.
