Seedbed preperation
Primarily designed as a tool to relieve soil compaction and seedbed preparation, the DTM is built from heavy steel that can overpower any stubborn spots within your field. Furthermore, the toothed discs are made out of boron steel alloy for maximum strength and endurance while digging through the soils surface. 

Aside from that, this machine is also a reliable way to terminate weeds and integrate green manure into your field. This will encourage healthy growth for the next seeding or planting cycle. 

Rubber Suspension Speed Disc
To protect the speed discs from blunt impacts, the esteemed manufacturer integrated a rubber suspension that serves as a cushion for the entire platform and prevents it from being damaged. This, in combination with its already sturdy construction, ensures that the DTM Speed Disc can be used repeatedly for years to come.

It also features a hydraulic system that controls the working depth of the cage roller as well as its two rows of jagged discs. This also allows the roller to be lifted above the machine for tighter turns in headlands and easier transportation to and from the field. 

Stubble Integration
The machine is available in sizes between 1.8 meters all the way to 3.5 meters. For best results use a working speed of 10  12 Km/H. Available in 1.8m  3.5m models.

The Alfa seedbox is a seeder with a distributed sowing system, designed for sowing seeds simultaneously with stubble cultivation or after plowing. 2024 AERVATOR GH6004-CFT (CENTRE, FOLDING, TRAILING - 6.0M)

The SuperVario is a premium, yet economical universal spreader driven by a 12V motor which makes it independent of other mechanisms such as the Kardan Drive or any Hydraulics system.

This machine is available in three models and can be used to spread catch or cover crops, coated grass seeds, mouse bait, slug pellets, or even Silage Additives (depending on the configuration) which are two more functions compared to your average seeders. 

The main difference among the three is their Hopper capacity which comes at 70L, 110L, and 170L depending on the model. 

SuperVario is equipped with the LAS 4 control to  the width, spreading pattern, and dosage, as well as provide visual and aural error indicators.

SPREADING WIDTHS
The working width can be steplessly adjusted between 2 and 24 metres. The variable spreading width is achieved by steplessly controlling the SuperVario®'s spreading disk between 200 rpm and 3000 rpm from the comfort of the driver's cab. The control panel also comes as standard with various monitoring functions such as the empty indicator or automatic slider monitoring. The preparation for headland management (VGM) also comes as standard.

Slug pellets:
Steplessly is adjustable from 3 to 24 m. With very finely-grained products, the ejector width may vary slightly, e.g. in the case of snail pellets.

Grasses:
The working width for lightweight grass seeds can be steplessly adjustable from 2 to 6 m. With heavy grass seeds (MG 500), a spreading width of up to 10 m is possible. This covers the most common working widths for smoothing, compacting, or harrowing. When spreading grass seeds, a special grass agitator is required, and this is supplied as standard.

Field mouse bait (Ratron):
In this case, the spreading width can be steplessly adjusted from 3 to 24 m. (Note - adhere to authorizations!) 

As far as the spreading materials are concerned, the ejector vanes must be adjustable in a slotted hole. This allows the lateral distribution to be set with precision. Adhere to the indications in the spreading tables of the instructions manual or on the internet.

Note: The adjustment of the ejector vanes is only relevant to the lateral distribution. The spreading width is not altered by this.

2024 FARMTECH ALPHA F20 DOUBLE DISC SPREADER (2000L)

The CZ-M Chisel Plough is available with 5, 7, 11 or 13 tines and is mounted to tractors by a three-point linkage system. In comparison with other chisels, non-soldered steel rolled iron is used for the tines.

Since it swells the soil without turning over it, decomposition of organic materials is too slow and damp soil is not removed to the top. Since stubble and plant residuals scratch the surface, a good upper layer composes. It is very effective against weeds that are robust and develop roots. It can be used successfully in heavy soils where other materials are insufficient in terms of quality and capacity. While chisel swells the soil in ploughing depth and stubble stays on the land surface, it provides a protective impact against water and wind erosion. If the soil is wet and damp, it should be avoided to use this tool. 

The main functions of these chisel type ploughs are breaking hard bottom soil which is formed by ploughing and processing soil without tipping and airing. In case of sudden pressure, safety pins come into action and prevent the tractor and chassis from damage. Tines are designed to get the maximum output from your tractor by giving them the most appropriate submersion angle.
