JF 1600 AT S3, featuring a robust header with a 1,6m working width, harvests several types of fodder crops independent of planting in rows or broadcasts. It features also a powerful rotor with 15 big blades with C technology, which results in excellent chopping quality and kernel cracking action with no need for additional equipment.

Another highlight is the chainless and beltless drive system, resulting in a more robust, simpler maintenance and more effective transmission of tractor power to the machine.

To attend to the farmers around the world's wishes, JF presents the innovative Kernel processor +PRO, which can be used in combination with our powerful C technology blades, together they can ensure great quality of particle and KPS, increasing the silage nutritional quality.

Vertically operating auger system ensures grinding and cutting of round and square bales thanks to the custom alloyed and custom designed knives on it and mixing then homogenously with other rough and thick feed. Thanks to special design of auger and the body, there are no blind points on the machine and therefore no feed remains in the bucket after discharge. This special design required much lower power with the durable transmission box system used. Thanks to electronic digital scale system available optionally, the feed loaded in the machine may be weighed with high sensitivity and rations are prepared correctly.
