Ground Driven Spreader
Coming in at either 200 L or 340 L variant, the IPS is an ultra-light, ground-driven fertilizer spreader intended to be pulled by ATVs, Side-by-Sides, and Utes. Its mechanism is composed of multiple shafts and gears which allows its lone spinner to spin and scatter its load in concert with the rotation of its wheels.

On the other hand, the Iris IJS spreader is equipped with a gearbox that needed to be connected to the tractors P.T.O. device to be operable.

Fertilizer Spreader for Vegetable Beds
This spreader weights next to nothing making it suitable to be driven over loose vegetable beds and its slim profile allows it to slip through narrow orchards without disturbing your plants. The machine can easily be configured using an intuitive rate control lever to disperse both granular and pellet fertilizers at distances of up to 6-12 meters out.

Aside from having a decent range, the IPS also boasts impressive adaptability and precision as it is capable of executing three different spreading patterns, to be altered by conveniently shifting the shutter plate. Despite this, if you want more accuracy and pinpoint application of fertilizers, then the Iris IP Series Pendular Spreader would seem to be the better purchase.

Just like any spreader manufactured by Iris, the IPS series boast a superb build quality which are hard to find in economy spreaders. The bright, yellow hopper is made from heavy-duty PE plastic which is pretty much resilient against rust and corrosion.

Additionally, all mechanical componentshopper, prevention plate, spinner disc, and vanesare made from stainless steel for enhanced durability and longevity, allowing it to stay in pristine, working condition for years to come. Optional equipment includes an electric remote control system and a nifty bag rack that goes on top of the hopper that can be used to carry an extra bag of fertilizer.
