The Ausmix tub comes in both standard wide body (2.5m) or our XL body (2.65m) to better suit large, high density bales. The extra wide body gives large bales more space to be pulled into the mixer, reducing any material being thrown out. This greatly improves time efficiency and chop down. In addition, the extra wide body allows for a lower profile design making it more suitable to smaller loaders like tractors and skid steers.

Pneumatic Precision Planters are modern planting machines that can plant the seeds in a row individually with utmost precision.

Thus pneumatic planting machine ensures minimum seed consumption and optimal product yield. t is possible to plant sunflower, corn, soybean, peanut, watermelon, melon, squash, non-fibrous cotton, beet, cucumber, fennel tomato, Kochia, vegetable, and onion seeds with utmost precision. The distance between rows is between 27cm and 90cm. Distance above rows is variable. There are 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 rowed options.

A pneumatic planter is a planting machine of the hydraulically suspended type capable of planting by attaching to a tractor by a three-point suspension mechanism. Therefore, it may be easily transported to the field where planting will take place and has the advantage of leaving less unplanted soil at the boundaries of the field as it may easily draw closer to the boundary of the field. The fan system on the pneumatic planter provides the vacuum required for the seeds to hold on to the planting plate holes. The planting units consist of major components such as a ploughing foot with the adjustable level which scrapes large lumps of soil and dry soil in the front, the seed tank, seed cell, diffusing unit, seed planting axe, covering hoes with an adjustable level which cover the seeds once they have been poured into the row, pressure wheel and a cord which adjusts the level of the pressure wheel.
In a machine with fertilizer equipment, the fertilizer tanks may be optionally made of plastic or steel.

DISC TYPE
Usually, it is more appropriate to use where there is plenty of straw waste on the field.

Depth settings can be adjusted with the help of the wheels next to the planter disc, while pressure is applied with V-shaped pressure wheels at the rear of the unit. Also optionally a seed pressure wheel is attached to the rear side of the planter discs for small and delicate seeds.
For disc type machines, fertiliser coulter is also produced with double discs.

2024 AERVATOR TA150 TURF (LINKAGE, 1.5M)

The Disc-O-Vigne is an independent disc stubble-breaker specially designed for vineyard tillage. It is equipped with a 100×100 mm compact frame and with tractor coupling cat.1 or 2.

Disc-O-Vigne is fitted with an Agrisem 3D security system with percussion spring 30x30 mm. This maintenance-free security ensures an exceptional penetration in the soil even in dry conditions and a homogeneous working depth on all the width.

Mulchers discs assembled on the Disc-O-Vigne are twice more efficient than traditional serrated discs. Indeed, these discs keep an aggressive profile throughout their use and allow a good penetration in hard conditions as well as a better mincing of weeds.

The machine is equipped with high security and maintenance freehubs.

This model is available from 1,00m to 2,20 m and can be equipped as an option with four more discs to increase the working width of 50 cm. The OKO-Turbo is mainly an electric Air Seeder that you can conveniently hook to the 12V system of your tractor. The functions are then manipulated through a Profi in-cab control box which you can use for on/off switching, speed adjustment of seed roll, and adjustable seed amount while moving.

The OKO-Turbo is also more than capable of mounting with most types of tillage equipment for pasture improvement and cover cropping such as the GH Series Aervator which small size is perfect for the OKO-Turbo.
